The students are typically required to have a Bachelor’s degree in the same field. Many of the business schools base their admissions on the results of a special aptitude test, held for admissions in MBA, known as Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). So preparing for this test is very essential to meet the criteria of admission. Business schools also require a significant work experience in the relevant field and a record of Academic qualifications and recent transcripts. You are also required to give letters of reference and recommendations. Some Institutes might prefer the results of Graduate Record Examination (GRE) over GMAT so you have to work on that accordingly. The type and time span of the required work experience is subjective to the type of MBA program.
